Q: How long does delivery take?

Most of our orders are processed and shipped through Brazil Post (Correios), and delivery times vary by region. Our products are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Every item we sell undergoes a strict inspection before shipping to ensure it is flawless.

Q: How can I track my order?

Let me explain our workflow: After receiving your order, we will check the quality of the goods and pack them according to your order number, which takes approximately 2-4 days. Afterwards, we will send you product photos and the tracking number via email; please ensure your email address is valid. New tracking numbers and logistics information will be updated within 3-5 days, at which point you can track your package online. Our WhatsApp customer service will also continuously track orders to ensure every package is delivered.

Q: I am looking for a specific model, but I can’t find it on your website. Can you help me find it?

Our website is constantly being updated, but not all in-stock items will be available immediately. If you need images of the items you wish to purchase, please feel free to send them to us via WhatsApp or email. We are happy to inform you that we may begin production at our factory within a few weeks, or the items may already be available for immediate sale.

Q: Can we be 100% sure we’ve received the package? What if the package is lost?
